The community has four floor plans from 1,334 to 1,486 square feet; the homes currently on the market use three of them — Canyon, Dolomite and Brio, from 1,334 to 1,422 square feet. Every residence includes an open-concept layout, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, designer finishes, high-speed internet, private outdoor space, and a single-car garage with EV charging.
