Sedona Homes for Sale — Quick Move-In Townhomes

Velora offers completed new construction townhomes for sale in central Sedona, Arizona. Four homes are available now, priced from $673,000 to $703,000, at 10 Navajo Drive.

Move-in ready — no build wait

Most new construction in Sedona is sold before it is built, which means a deposit and a construction timeline measured in months. Velora is the opposite: all ten homes are finished. The four residences for sale are quick move-in homes — complete, with designer selections already installed. What you tour is what you buy, and closing runs on a normal timeline rather than a build schedule.

The community

Velora is a completed new construction townhome community at 10 Navajo Drive in central Sedona, Arizona. Ten homes are built and four are available for sale. The community has four floor plans from 1,334 to 1,486 square feet; the homes currently on the market use three of them — Canyon, Dolomite and Brio, from 1,334 to 1,422 square feet. Every residence includes an open-concept layout, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, designer finishes, high-speed internet, private outdoor space, and a single-car garage with EV charging.

Amenities

Resort-style pool and spa, gazebo and pool house, community BBQ areas, connected sidewalks, walk and bike access to Sedona trails, and red rock views. HOA dues start at approximately $353 per month.

Location

Velora sits in the centre of Sedona rather than on the outskirts. Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village is roughly a five-minute walk, with Uptown Sedona just beyond. Cathedral Rock, Airport Mesa and Devil's Bridge are all within a short drive, alongside the hiking, mountain biking and jeep trails of the Coconino National Forest.

The Velora Choice Credit

A 2% seller credit — up to $14,060 — is available on select early-release residences. It can be applied to a rate buydown, cash to close, closing costs, HOA prepayment, window coverings, rear-yard landscaping or move-in enhancements. On a home priced around $688,000 with 20% down at an assumed 6.5% note rate, a 2-1 buydown reduces the first-year payment by roughly $700 a month; a permanent buydown saves about $240 a month for the life of the loan.
